Listen to the patients suggestions and come up with a solution for the symptoms. I already know everything you tried to educate on. But again you did not listen and did not work toward resolving the symptoms instead told us what we already knew. Rude, cold, snappy, not friendly. Even my 14 year old was not impressed. Will never see her again.

First of all - when I went out to start this large project I was searching for excavators and had a list. Todd was the first on my list and answered on the first ring - I didn't even call anyone else. From the very beginning the customer service and attention to detail has been impeccable. We started this project in November of 2025 and it was just completed. The communication, skill, and knowledge of Todd and his team are second to none. The price was fair and the job is completed quickly.

I enjoyed the atmosphere this location provided. Emmitt did a fantastic job at cleaning up my Mohawk with a crispy perfect fade. He was enthusiastic and upbeat and a generally great person. The owner was also there with her dog which was great. She was very pleasant and her dog was super cute and friendly. My haircut was just what I wanted and after a terrible experience at my former barbershop involving my young son, this is a place where I feel he can go get his haircut without being in the crossfire of aggressive political conversation that left him feeling very upset at our former place. I highly recommend King James Construction; they are excellent communicators and truly listened to what we needed for our project. We remodeled a living room and half bath to accommodate my elderly father-in-law's living quarters to a full master suite. They were sensitive to his needs while he lived there during the construction daily. From planning, permitting to construction they did an amazing job. They were professional, friendly and efficient. They cleaned everything up immaculately daily and kept us up to date on what and when things would be done. The remodel turned out so nice that you cannot even tell that it is not part of the original build! We highly recommend Jim and his team!!
Leaking buried pipe was flooding patio, StormWater was recommended by my plumber to get to the source of the leak. Whole experience with StormWater Services was top notch: from initial scheduling with front end staff Shirley, who asked detailed questions to determine what was happening, to the prompt work crew, who pumped out a muddy slurry from the broken water line and made room for repairs to happen. They even came back, same day, after repair to backfill, better than new! Excellent service. Andrew called ahead of the appointed time to let me know they were on way to site. Once there, the team set up quickly and worked with seasoned efficiency to get the water cleared. Absolute pro team experience from start to finish.
We are extremely happy we had Rogue Brothers build our new home. First off we have never seen a company who consistently returns calls and follows up as quickly as Rod and Trevor. They helped bring our vision to life. They and their excellent subcontractors focus on quality and regularly have ideas to help improve the end product. And this process starts in the very beginning. Their interior designer was easy to work with and brought everything together in terms of products and colors. The answer to the key question is “Yes, we would happily use them again.”
They have great gravel for compaction, their 3/4” minus with fines creates a great sub base for concrete or asphalt installation.
One of if not the best construction company in central Oregon. They can build you a home or a brewery. They have grown their business through a crazy time for construction. Very solid leadership.
We cannot recommend Joe at A Man in Black enough. He has been excellent from the start; timely communication, meticulous work, cleans-up after he’s done for the day and friendly.
Joe replaced our entire fireplace, did the finish work around it and built us a hearth. He put all new insulation on the inside of the chimney structure (which wasn’t done very well before) and took his time making sure everything stone was placed well.
He cleaned up at the end of every day. My Wife noticed he was outside on the ground, on his knees, scraping-up all the remaining dust from cutting stone - in 25* weather.
We have been searching for a contractor for years to have this project done. We were repeatedly turned off by insane quotes for the project. We are thankful to have found A Man in Black and are looking forward to enjoying our cozy space thanks to Joes honest and hard work.

I recently had my home built in Shevlin West with Adair, and the experience was great - better than I expected. They were easy to work with from day one. The design process was straightforward (I went to their office in Redmond to work through it), they let me tweak things as much as I needed (up to the final design), and they offered the best mortgage rate around, which makes a huge difference in what the overall cost of a build will be. But despite being more affordable, they still delivered a high quality home.
My lot is sloped, full of rock, and needed a ton of excavation. Even with all that, they still came in under budget (thanks to some re-negotiating of the excavation by Lori) and their recommendation to put the garage on the street level with the home on the second worked out relaly well - the view is incredible.
One thing I really appreciated was how they keep you in the loop. Someone helps you through all the design choices, and then someone else updates you during the build. Both were super responsive and made the whole thing feel manageable. Even after the house was done, Chris was quick to help with little things most builders probably wouldn’t bother with.
The final cost actually came in under the original estimate — I even got money back at the end, which was a very pleasant surprise. The timeline took a bit longer than I expected, but that was mostly Bend permitting and the usual construction variables. I never felt like I had to compromise on anything.
Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The team was great, the house is great, and I’d definitely recommend Adair to anyone considering building.

Dental hygienist is difficult to hear and understand. She also gagged me with the X-ray implement because it is too big for my small mouth. I requested a child-size X-ray implement. She said that you didn’t have any.

Adam is amazing, with a natural “knack” for finding exactly what is debilitating you and what he can do between the reverse release therapy and chiropractic manipulations is kind of magical. If you have pain he will help. He is a very nice , smart and gifted provider.
I have been bringing my herd here for years and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. I greatly appreciate the knowledge, patience, compassion and practicality of all three of the veterinarians at this clinic. I personally don’t have a gold standard budget for my entire herd and I greatly appreciate that that is factored into my horses treatment plans. This clinic is after the care of your horse not the dollars in your pocket. I have felt bullied in the past at other equine clinics to do expensive procedures that aren’t necessary to treat the horse. No one at black diamond acts or operates this way. I highly value that the vets communicate with you during the exam and procedures so you can be aware of what’s going on with your horse. I have never liked dropping my horse off and having it be taken behind close doors. The team at black diamond is always upfront with everything they are doing with your horse while they are handling him. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

They love your fur babies possibly more than you and you’ll just have to live with that, but don’t worry as you hug and love on your fresh clean beautifully cut dogs you might come close. They pamper your pooches and share photos of the fun they are having. Forget every other groomer you have ever tried and use these women. Your dogs deserve the best. Give it to them.

Best grooming service I have ever used!I would give 7 stars if I could!My guy has some anxiety about people when he first meets them. They immediately put him at ease and were able to pick him up to take him into their van with no trouble at all. They communicated with me every step of the way to ensure that they gave him the trim exactly the way I wanted it.Convenient! Reasonably priced! Exceptional Service! Highly recommend.
We love this place! We’re new customers. We came here after another place in town (big box store) tried to tell us that my dog needed to “be sedated and shaved down by a vet” when we showed up to the appointment. I’ve been a groomer before and knew that wasn’t true- he just had some matting, which is why I needed the appointment so quickly. I called Bark Avenue instead, and they got me in the very next day (today) and she was so nice! She took great care of Kuzco. He looks awesome, and we already booked his next visit!

She uses the perfect amount of pressure, and communicated well without interrupting my experience. I tried cupping for the first time as well and will definitely do that again. I’ve had a few massages and Ashuly is a great therapist! She is careful to provide the right pressure and intuitive to provide relief for stiff or sore muscles or knots of tension in shoulders or back. After a couple of sessions I felt much better. Highly recommend!!
