Krista is the most talented massage therapist I have worked with. Her approach is not a one size fits all…she responds to the individual, finds the areas that need work and adjusts the pressure to respond to what the muscle/fascia allows. In addition, her knowledge of cupping therapy is extensive. If you have the opportunity, go see her. Your body will thank you.
I have been receiving massages for over 20 years and can say with confidence, that Krista is the absolute best! My body has never felt better. She is incredibly knowledgeable about how to address both chronic and acute concerns and is in tune with how to promote recovery and ongoing wellness.
