“Dustin was super professional and did a thorough and excellent job on our new heat pump system installation, not only just installing the system but taking the time to correct things in the existing ducting and drain pipe to ensure that everything performs at peak. He is very knowledgeable and described things in detail while answering all my questions. Highly recommended.”
“My technician, Leon Joseph, inspected the furnace and found that it needs some parts replaced. Leon showed me the problem and explained what needs to be done. I appreciate Leon’s professionalism and solid communication skills. No pressure; just the facts!”
“Mike called ahead and arrived at the time he said. He was very pleasant and courteous, but more importantly he was very informative, explaining everything he had done and that he had found a part that was still working, but would need replacement at some point. There was no pressure, just an explanation. We will be ordering the part and scheduling to have it installed....hopefully by Mike.”
