“I don’t know who these guys were, but I just have to say I am so impressed.Completely unrelated to flooring or painting or home improvement…On Valentine’s Day 2024 we had a setting wet snow that fell across Bend.I was on my way to work when I had to drive up SW Mount bachelor rd just passed Touchmark retirement.Two Webfoot employees, and a cascade disposal truck driver had stopped to push a stuck SUV ALL the way up the road (not just to the side).The boys were in tennis shoes, jeans, and hoodies in slippery wet snow. But they had stopped to help someone who was stuck. It warmed my heart. I wish that I got their names so I could shout them out!I have never used Webfoot, but watching the compassion and kindness these young men showed during their normal workday. Will make me remember this company and reach out to them when I need a service that they offer.“

Katy Austin spent a lot of time giving me quality advice when coordinating the tile for the tub surround with the vanity tile and with the flooring. She gave me multiple options along with the costs. Chris also gave me advice about tile. He was detailed in doing the flooring measure. They knew I had a bad experience with another company and were willing to go above and beyond to make my project work.When it came time for the install they made the arrangements with Matt, MP Flooring Company LLC. He and his assistant were just as impressive doing the install. They worked quickly, but paid close attention to detail, asked me questions, they respected my home, and they cleaned up after finishing the job.Color Tile is the only company I would chose for tile and flooring. They actively listened and they made the experience stress free. They are knowledgeable about the products they offer and they truly care about the customer.“
“This review is long overdue.Last year we were looking to replace the carpet in our living room with the same pinewood flooring we had in the rest of our house. Josh came out to the house and was able to locate and order matching flooring that was delivered in a timely manner.After installation the challenge was trying to match the color of the finish of the 20 year old flooring. Josh spent a long time trying to match the color and because of the age of the finish was not successful. As it became obvious that our only option was to refinish all the floors, Josh offered to do the job for a reasonable price and did the work the following week thanks to a cancelation in his schedule.Bottom line, the floors are beautiful and Josh went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I loved the finished product. I cant recommend Broadside Reclaimed Hardwoods enough.“

“We had new carpet installed in August in all of our upstairs. Carpet One was about 15% lower than other bids for the same carpet. The big plus is that we were able to remove most of the lighter furniture, but the installer moved beds and dresser from room to room. Other carpet companies wanted a mover to come in and completely empty all rooms, Thern the installer would come, then furniture movers move everything back. The installer for Carpet One was great and did not require that. Tami was great to work with.“
