“Someone came out and measured my flooring for a refinish quote about a week ago, I never got a call or email back. I emailed asking if they had written down the wrong email, never got a response. If you didn't want the job, say you don't want the job. Changed my rating, the owner did contact me shortly after I posted the review.“

“This review is long overdue.Last year we were looking to replace the carpet in our living room with the same pinewood flooring we had in the rest of our house. Josh came out to the house and was able to locate and order matching flooring that was delivered in a timely manner.After installation the challenge was trying to match the color of the finish of the 20 year old flooring. Josh spent a long time trying to match the color and because of the age of the finish was not successful. As it became obvious that our only option was to refinish all the floors, Josh offered to do the job for a reasonable price and did the work the following week thanks to a cancelation in his schedule.Bottom line, the floors are beautiful and Josh went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I loved the finished product. I cant recommend Broadside Reclaimed Hardwoods enough.“

“My neighbors were having their carpet stretched by Miguel from Bend Floor Covering Solutions. Ironically I had just been to Lowe's to look at new carpet and had a bid done. I asked Miguel to look at my job and give me some advice. He was awesome and so helpful. He took measurements right on the spot and even had some samples in of the type of carpet I was considering in his work van. I needed a little bit different color but loved the carpet he suggested. I met Rosa at their store and she went over the color options in the carpet I was interested in. I chose the color I needed and she placed an order for the carpet. From start to finish the process of getting a bid to having the new carpet and pad installed took a total of 2 weeks and Rosa and Miguel were so easy to work with!! I'm not knocking Lowe's but working with a local company that answered every call I made personally and never missed a beat was SO refreshing, easy and their pricing was a tad better for basically the same carpet. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bend Floor Covering Solutions. They made the daunting task of putting new carpet in throughout my home much more scalable for me and logistically easy. When I called they answered. Simple as that when I was getting ready for the job.“
