“Short version: Greg and team are very professional, friendly, and ultimately, effective.Long version: I had severe knotting (some spasming) on the whole left side of my neck and trap area that was painful and prevented me from doing anything active such as golf and working out. Instinctively, I rested with some light stretching. After 9 weeks with zero improvement, I decided to go to Optimal and ended up doing a 6 week program (1-2 visits per week) that consisted of dry needling, exercises, stretches, and an at home program. I was green lighted to working out at week 4 (50% of capacity) and hitting golf balls again. I'm writing this review about 3 weeks after my 'graduation' and my neck/trap area continue to improve and gain strength with no setbacks.Thank you Greg and team!“
