“I had the opportunity to meet Baren at the MGM Grand, where they had a booth supporting the dancers at Velocity Dance Nationals. I was so excited to find out that they were also willing to treat parents!
Since I had the week off from work and was dealing with both a shoulder injury and significant SI joint pain, I decided to take advantage of the opportunity and received treatment daily, with plenty of rest in between sessions. The results have been incredible.
When I first arrived a week ago, it was painful just walking back and forth from my hotel room to the dance convention to drop off my daughter. Today, I have very little pain and honestly feel like I could go for a run—although they wisely told me to still take it easy! 😂
