Jesse was the one to come out and do that today, he was spot on and very timely, polite, and knowledgeable and helped to create a good experience out of the whole thing. (I totally had a diy moment that didn't end well lmao ?) so thanks again you guys are awesome and will get any and all of our future electrical needs. I recommend them to EVERYONE!“

“This review is way overdue. Eric is on time and his pricing is more than reasonable. He converted all indoor light fixtures to flush LED fixtures at a flat cost per fixture. Ended up doing 23 lights, 2 outdoor motion activated lights and 2 outdoor outlets . Total cleanup was also appreciated. Just recommended him to SIL and my wife is calling him now to install 2 closet lights. Recommended fully.“

“EE&C were instrumental in my desire to electrify my home. I now have the induction stove I wanted which required more power than was currently running to my kitchen. My only complaint, and it wasn't enough to have them loose a star, but my only complaint was that I was left to find someone to fill the holes they left. For customer service, it would have been nice if they had 1 or 2 names to give me of professionals they recommend to patch the holes.“

I called Roberts Electric and spoke to Margie who, I determined during my phone conversation, is full of energy and joy. She told me about her company's policies and I asked her to put me on the calendar. A couple days later Robert's Electric showed up and I now have a new outlet! When I received the invoice for the work it was half of what I thought it would be. I am so happy to find a contractor in Las Vegas who is not trying to get rich by overcharging, by ten times, their customers. No one could come out but instead of disappointing a customer, Shane, the owner came out himself. 30 minutes later, he was here helping get the power back up, didn't take more than a couple of hours. Customer service was top notch too, especially coming from the owner. It says a lot about how the rest of the company is. I would highly recommend! ?“
