Great customer service and on time.
Quick and efficient
Ray was a life saver. I got accidentally locked out of my house and had a very strong, non-pickable lock engaged. Ray was calm, helpful, and showed up close to how long he said it would take to get to me. When the locks couldn’t be picked, he didn’t just leave. He thought about different methods he could try and did succeed in getting me back into my house. The casing on my door was damaged in the process (but that was unavoidable and fixable. And it was either the door casing or a shattered window). The door still functions and opens/locks without issue, too. After all the work he did, I was relieved at how fair of a price he charged.
