After a tenant burned kitchen, my insurance company asked me to find a general contractor for restoration of the apartment. I took appointment with many contractors for estimates and I'm so lucky that I found Stills Construction. This company gave very good price for the project, and they did very professional job, very punctual, everyone very friendly and efficient. whenever I had questions, i always got fast reply. We needed to change our hall bathroom window and have it enlarged. Spoke to Chris to inquire about their services. Steve came over to give us an estimate which seemed pretty reasonable. Daniel, the project manager contacted me for an appt. Although we had to re-schedule a couple of times, Daniel was patient and accommodating. His communication was great throughout the project. When it was time to begin the job Julio arrived. He was very pleasant, respectable and did an awesome job. Julio was so efficient and took pride in his work. The finished product was excellent! This company had one of the quickest response times out of all of the contractors we contacted for our master bedroom/bathroom flood. They came out and gave us an estimate that was fair and inclusive of all the damage the insurance adjuster noted. A different company added miscellaneous charges and then declined our job when we asked them to revise the estimate to meet the specific requirements from the insurance. This company not only met the requirements, but also had the best price. Their communication was quick with all of the pertinent people being included in all emails being exchanged.
