“I highly recommend Avanti Green! We’ve used their services multiple times, and every experience has been excellent.
The first time, they cleaned our kitchen cabinets after post-construction work. Everything was covered in construction dust from replacing the floor tiles, and they did an amazing job. They also cleaned our interior staircase, which was extremely dusty, and it looked spotless when they finished.
We recently had them clean three mattresses and our upholstered chairs, and the results were outstanding. Everything looks and feels fresh again.
Their team is professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. We’re so happy with the quality of their service that we’ve already scheduled them again for pressure washing our garage to remove the remaining construction dust.

“I could not have been more pleased with Coit Restoration and technician Noel. A large bottle of coke fell out of my refrigerator and shattered all over my wood floors. (There was quite a large amount of soda and it even went into the laundry room.) I had an important appointment and absolutely no time to clean this up. By the time I got to it, the soda had dried to a sticky, dirty mess and I had no way to effectively remove it.

I called Coit and they were able to schedule an appointment for me in the next few days. When Noel arrived, he told me that he would need to steam clean and rinse the floor and would use the lowest possible settings to preserve the integrity of an engineered wood floor. Long story short...it worked beautifully and removed all of the dried on sticky residue. Noel also quickly ran the steamer throughout the rest of the kitchen so everything would be refreshed.

I could not ask for a better experience with extremely professional people. I highly recommend Coit and Noel.“
