I have upholstery protection on my sofa with RC Willey & this was the third-party company they use. Unfortunately, the free cleaning under my warranty only covered spot cleaning & I needed the whole sectional & ottoman cleaned. When the owner, Darnell, called me, he informed me of that but also offered to clean the entire massive sectional & ottoman at a very reasonable price. His crew was delayed in getting to my house by the rain, but the guys who arrived were very nice & professional. The sectional came out looking brand new.
