“I first went to see Dr. Quan in 2019 for tingling hands due to a pulled muscle in my neck. Within a few weeks, I fully recovered and was back to normal. then I injured myself again late last year. This time due to a work injury, I had several bulged disks in my neck and along my spine causing swelling, numbness, major neck & back pain, along with loss of mobility and dexterity in my hands and right arm.
