He explained what needed to happen and upon my consent, he and his staff immediately went to work. His attention to detail and his steady hand not only remedied the situation, but left me looking like I had never sustained an injury. “My experience with Dr. Richards and his team has been truly exceptional from beginning to end. The facility is beautiful, clean, organized, and welcoming, and I always felt that I was in capable hands. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of care, attention, and results provided. Although the wait for a consultation can be long, the office does its best to contact patients when cancellations become available, and I can honestly say that Dr. Richards is worth the wait.

CJ has been with me from the very beginning and has been incredibly helpful throughout my entire journey. She performs my massages and has played such an important role in my recovery. She is caring, knowledgeable, patient, and always makes me feel comfortable and supported.

Dr. Scott Boman, the anesthesiologist, was also amazing. He made the anesthesia process feel calm, simple, and far less intimidating than I expected. His confidence and reassuring manner helped me feel safe and relaxed before surgery.

Misty E., Wendy, Cadia L., and Alisa were all wonderful. Wendy is always smiling, kind, and helpful, and she brings such positive energy to the office. Cadia deserves a special thank-you for patiently answering my mile-long list of questions. I contacted her often, and she always took the time to explain things clearly, ease my concerns, and make sure I felt prepared and confident. Alisa, the operating nurse, was also outstanding. She helped prepare me for surgery and took excellent care of me afterward. She is knowledgeable, attentive, confident, and clearly knows how to keep her patients calm and well cared for.

Now for Dr. Richards—he is direct, extremely busy, and very straight to the point, but he is also an incredibly talented surgeon. His passion for his work is obvious, and he truly cares about helping each patient achieve the best possible result. He wants his work to look beautiful on your body, and he genuinely wants his patients to feel confident and fall in love with themselves again. His skill, attention to detail, and dedication clearly show that he was meant for this career.

My only disappointing interaction was with Kimora N. at the front desk. During a conversation about questions and scheduling, her communication came across as dismissive and rude. It may have simply been a difficult day, but kindness and patience are especially important in a front-desk position where patients may already feel nervous or overwhelmed.

Overall, Dr. Richards and the majority of his staff exceeded my expectations. I felt safe, supported, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. I am extremely grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Richards and his team to anyone considering surgery.“
