LV Restoration took care of everything. Joe the owner was responsive to my concerns and a nice guy. Sean the superintendent/foreman was extremely knowledgeable in terms of diagnosing the problems and then fixing them. He is a nice guy too. I'm not going to say the price was cheap because it was a big job. But I will say the price was fair, and candidly, I did not want someone just based on price because I do not want to go through this again. “Don't YouTube it, get A-1 instead! David did a great job at repairing my carpet that my dog dug up. I am living in a new home build. The carpet is brand new and my dog decided to dig up the carpet at the corner of the door frame. I tired to patch it up myself watching a YouTube video as reference but it was an epic fail. David answered my call right away and addressed my carpet issue over the phone and reassured that he could repair it and it would blend with the rest of the carpet. He did just that! “When our upstairs air conditioner decided to leak over the summer, water poured through the attic, ruining the insulation, soaking the ceiling, and dripping down onto my stair case. I asked around to see if anyone I know has a referral. I was referred to LV Restoration and gave them a call.

I spoke with Nubar who was very quick to set up an emergency visit and provided a thorough explanation of the process. Once he arrived, analysis of the moisture in my ceiling and walls was done right away with a thermal camera which also showed us that the water had leaked all the way down to my kitchen ceiling!

Targeted demolition was done carefully and minimally to ensure proper inspection can be done without expanding the repair job. 3 day drying was completed with large air movers and dehumidifiers throughout the attic and affected areas to ensure everything was dry. Mold prevention was also done with antimicrobial treatments to areas necessary to give us a piece of mind. All in all, great work and would recommend.“
