Absolutely 5 stars, 10 if I could. Sylvia is amazing every single time! This is hands down the most serene and relaxing experience, makes you feel like a new person. Definitely get the 90 minute - it is more than worth it. It’s hard to go anywhere else because I’ve yet to find such a consistently wonderful experience.
