Kim Collier was great to schedule with and she followed through to make sure the work was completed. If there were any problems she was on it and found solutions. She is good people. The team that installed my panels were great, explained what they were going to do and taught us how to use the system.

I should have updated this a few years ago. For that I do apologize to M+S Electric. Not long after our Solar Panels were installed the company that did the installation went bankrupt and M+S Electric took over the SunPower account. The issue we were having was with the equipment that had been installed by the original company. Eventually SunPower replaced the equipment, all of the solar panels and rebated the money lost due to not having solar panels. M+S Electric replaced everything. Their installers were great, worked quickly and efficiently. Since then we've had NO ISSUES. I'm please to update their rating and give them a well deserved 5 stars! Excellent service, from beginning to end of process. MS electric took care of making sure all of the paperwork and processes were followed - including HOA requirements and county permits. The entire process takes about 35 days and they were honest with us about the time it would take as well. You want a company that is honest and trustworthy and treats your home well. That’s MS electric!
