Reviews
Pete and team went above and beyond to take care of us to make sure we had a great experience. We had just moved into the area and brought a very nice and oversized area rug that we needed to be cleaned and resized. When they first delivered the order it was not quite what we expected so they immediately brought it back to rework them to our expectations. They delivered them today and they are beautiful. This is how a great business operates. I highly recommend Smith’s Fine Rug Cleaning Service to anyone who wants a great reliable company they can trust.
This is a quality run business. If you have good rugs, this is the place you want to have them cleaned. Why? They know what they are doing. It's much more complicated than you realize. We have wool rugs from RH. My bissell cleaner made the stains worse. Fortunately, they cleaned them like new. They have a pro staff that picks them up, moves the furniture and returns them to the right place. Really, there is nothing more I could ask. Glad I found them.
