“When our upstairs air conditioner decided to leak over the summer, water poured through the attic, ruining the insulation, soaking the ceiling, and dripping down onto my stair case. I asked around to see if anyone I know has a referral. I was referred to LV Restoration and gave them a call.

I spoke with Nubar who was very quick to set up an emergency visit and provided a thorough explanation of the process. Once he arrived, analysis of the moisture in my ceiling and walls was done right away with a thermal camera which also showed us that the water had leaked all the way down to my kitchen ceiling!

Targeted demolition was done carefully and minimally to ensure proper inspection can be done without expanding the repair job. 3 day drying was completed with large air movers and dehumidifiers throughout the attic and affected areas to ensure everything was dry. Mold prevention was also done with antimicrobial treatments to areas necessary to give us a piece of mind. All in all, great work and would recommend.“
