Friendly, professional staff who care about their patients. Alex was my PT and he was great, got me back on my feet after a severe back injury. Encouragement and a variety of challenging exercises did the trick. Would highly recommend this location for your PT needs.

I started therapy here last July! I had Covid in late 21 and because I was in bed for 9 weeks, lost all muscle in my arms and legs! I had sone home therapy but there is so much they can do! I knew this was the place for me because we were simply to,d they get you to where you were before! It spoke to.me so I started! Alex has taught me the right methods of sit to stands, walking and has helped me gain the confidence and mobility I need! He knows when to push you and when to tell you to take a break! I just finished about 2 and a half months of physical therapy at Synergy Blue Diamond with Alvin. For reference, I was referred for a chronic pain issue rather than an injury or surgery. This was my first time doing physical therapy so I did not really know what to expect. Alvin took the time to understand my condition and on each visit he would try to learn more about my triggers, what was helping and what wasn't. He was so knowledgeable and I really enjoyed working with him! After regular visits for the past few months I not only have less pain, I also have tools to manage my pain at home when symptoms do come up. I feel like I learned a lot too.
