“My master bathroom was remodeled. Everyone was professional, well-mannered and friendly. It’s a great work crew. I was impressed by their professionalism - Isaac, Valentin, the plumber, painter, tile installer, electrician, etc. Overall, we had a really good experience. It took 3 weeks to be completed, but would’ve been done at the 2.5 week mark if it wasn’t for the tub faucet I purchased which didn’t fit the tub properly. I will definitely recommend the entire crew. They were also always on time every morning at 7:00am. The pricing is reasonable.“

I needed some work done on my iron gate due to wind damage and within two days they had a crew out fixing it, not just fixing it but reinforcing it so it was sturdier than when first built! (They didn’t do the original build and I regret that now!) But, David and his tech were able to fix my problem better than new! With the Las Vegas getting high winds this week I was really worried about further damage but this crew got it done and in no time at all! It is now functional and properly functioning! I checked all around town for the best materials and price to replace all of my flooring in my 1200 sq ft condo and these guys beat everyone. I replaced all carpet, baseboards and tile. “We had major pool problems. Leaks in pipes under the steps; leaks in and around the handholds; leaks in the waterfalls; leaks everywhere. It was a major problem and a big job. LV Restoration took care of everything. Joe the owner was responsive to my concerns and a nice guy. Sean the superintendent/foreman was extremely knowledgeable in terms of diagnosing the problems and then fixing them. He is a nice guy too. I'm not going to say the price was cheap because it was a big job. But I will say the price was fair, and candidly, I did not want someone just based on price because I do not want to go through this again. And for me, the best thing about working with them is they did not nickel and dime you to death. They honored their proposal and did everything they said they would do.“
