“It started out as a not so great experience. My glasses were lost by Target Optical’s shipping service. The store manager went above and beyond to make things right. Marven Nicolas apologized for my missing glasses which I really needed for work. Then he told me that I could choose any frames in the store (except the AI frames). Marven helped me choose my new frames and expedited the shipping to and from the lab for me. Although my original glasses must still be MIA, that’s okay, the glasses I have work perfectly and are of excellent quality.
