We hired GI Construction to complete a full remodel on a rental property we manage in Summerlin that was in need of a complete update. Valentine, our Project Manager and his crew have been fantastic to work with—fast, reliable, professional, and the quality of their work has been top-notch from start to finish. We’ve been extremely happy with the results and the level of service they’ve provided. 10/10 — highly recommend.
This is an honest and reputable general contractor. They are thorough and do what they say they will. They also show up on time, have expert workers, and communicate with you throughout the process.
This company is top tier. Valentin and Isaac are amazing. They assisted us in making multiple decisions in the remodel process which saved us thousands. Their attention to detail is awesome. I would highly recommend GI.
