Optimal Therapy Fort Apache

Last summer, Optimal Therapy helped me with foot and calf issues. Their support and knowledge helped me get stronger, learn how to keep working on those areas, and get back to climbing. I was ultimately able to go on a much anticipated climbing trip in Mexico. This summer, I’m back for help with some shoulder pain before it becomes a bigger problem. I really appreciate having a physical therapy team that helps me stay strong and active so I can keep climbing, doing circus arts, and enjoying the activities I love.

My experience with this physical therapy team has been great from beginning to end Russel, Victor and Richard were instrumental in my growth and recovery I highly recommend this facility.

I cannot be grateful enough for the excellent care that Dr. Matthew and his staff has given me since I started therapy just a little over a month ago. When I first came to Optimal, my ring finger was stiff due to a fracture and I could barely move it, and I was in pain. Now only a month and a few weeks later, I am able to move it again and I have recovered almost 90% from my injury. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Matthew and his stafg. They were professional, competent and took time to explain every single detail during the process of my therapy. I would highly recommend him and his staff to all my friends.
