Have used Kevin since 2014. Had a problem with a fire alarm chirping. Called Kevin around 10 am, and he was across town, but out and had it fixed by 1 pm. Great guy - highly recommend him.Service: General alarm installation

Years after a great experience with O'Connor Electric I called him for another issue. It was another good experience with good communication, easy scheduling, and a quality fix. I explained my two switch issues to Kevin on the phone and he immediately knew how to fix it. He asked questions about the configuration so he could come prepared. Kevin was able to come out at a time that was convenient for me and soon after my initial call. He was on time and even texted ahead to let me know he was on his way. The two issues I had been dealing with for awhile are now fixed. I wish I had called him sooner. I love that the two times I've had Kevin come out for repair that he just fixes the issue without trying to turn it into a costly or unnecessary repair. I so appreciate that I can trust him to make an appropriate and reliable fix.I highly recommend O'Connor Electric and he is my go to if I should need electrical work again.
