I've had an increasing problem with pigeons hanging out on my roof and front yard. Shawn came by to give me a free estimate. He was very responsive and came the very next day. My issue is the "giving tree" that is a food source for the pigeons. It also doesn't help I have a pool. He gave me advice on what I could do and was honest about each option for pigeon control. He didn't try to push me or charge me for anything. I appreciate the honesty. I would call him again for any other future pigeon issues.
