Richard was amazing! He stayed at my house for almost 12 hours pulling up hardwood floor nobody else could get up on their own. It was so appreciated and he was extremely nice along the way with communication. Cleaned up nicely after everything was done too.
Been dealing with Mateo, Richard, and Johnny. They have been doing an amazing job they are not putting a Band-Aid on it they actually do it the correct way and they clean up after themselves. Dealing with different vendors they have been the best so far. They will not “half ass” it, having a rental property, the will submit for approval of repairs found during the renovation and they will give thorough reasoning as to why it needs to be replaced they will also show valid evidence and they will allow you to ask the questions so you could better understand why it needs to be replaced.
