I contacted this company at the end of July to get a quote to do hair and makeup for myself and 5 of my bridesmaids for my wedding on 10/14/2023 @ 3:00pm. The person I spoke to was friendly, the price was lower than all the others I contacted which included travel fee and I loved the pictures posted to the Instagram link she texted me so I sent a deposit that was applied towards my balance when the service was completed. I sent her a picture of the venmo deposit and she confirmed my appointment for 10am. On Oct 11th, I received an official text to confirm all my girls and get the details for my hotel and room. We did have a few other texts about payment and design details in between. So here we are, Wedding day: Marlene was there for hair and Karima there for makeup. Both ladies were so friendly and amazing, they showed up on time and were completely patient and helpful as we made decisions for styles and makeup colors. They both deserve 10 stars. They worked extremely well together at the same time on each girl. Overall, my bridal ladies and myself were happy with the service we received. I have edited my original review if you read it because of a miscommunication error due to an emergency that occurred. The company has redeemed themselves to prove they have great customer service skills and they want to see happy customers.

Hair and makeup by Lola was excellent for my sister and me. Only issue was late arrival which had us stressed out. Turned out it was due to car breaking down. Just wished they had communicated better.

Nela was wonderful. She is professional and made me look absolutely stunning for my anniversary. She comes to your home or hotel and does your hair and makeup with her own supplies and is very accommodating. In less than 2 hours, you are a beautiful bombshell. Thank you, Nela.
