I spent months researching tattoo artists across the Southwest United States and even considered traveling to California or elsewhere because I wanted the highest quality work possible. After compiling a list and comparing different artists’ portfolios, Daniel at Seven Tattoo kept standing out. His work immediately caught my eye, and the quality was incredible.
I decided to reach out to see if he would take on my project. After a vision call with Daniel, I had a great feeling about working with him and moved forward with the deposit and design process. Before we even started tattooing, Daniel and I spent almost 10 hours across two meetings going through the design, layout, ideas, and references. He was kind, honest, and clear about what would work and what needed fine-tuning. He never rushed the process and took the time to make sure we were both on the same page and comfortable before moving forward.
I have now completed five sessions with Daniel, with about three more to go, and I could not be happier with the results. Daniel is insanely talented, a true artist, and extremely hardworking. Each session from arrival to finish is around 11–12 hours, and when he is in the zone tattooing, it honestly feels like watching a master at work.
Daniel is also very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He creates a comfortable experience and genuinely cares about his clients. It is easy to see why people return to him for all of their work, and I will absolutely be doing the same.
My tattoo design includes portraits and several other elements, and Daniel was able to make everything flow together seamlessly. His black-and-grey realism truly speaks for itself. Anyone who has seen the work he has done on me immediately asks who did it. The quality is on a completely different level from anything I had done previously. He also has a very light hand and is always mindful of both the skin and how you are doing throughout the session.
I am extremely happy that I chose Daniel and could not be more pleased with the outcome so far. I have spent a lot of time at Seven Tattoo throughout this process, and the shop is always clean, welcoming, and professional. The other artists there are also very friendly, and from what I saw, their work is fantastic as well.
