“I only bought Tape-In extensions, did not get a service done. So, this review is only applicable to people looking to use this brand’s extensions and not someone getting a service done by one of this stores professional stylists.
Note, I am not a stylist by any means. I know how to do my hair only, Ive been coloring my hair and adding extensions for almost a decade now.. with that I’ve picked up a thing or two when doing my own hair.
My reasoning for the 4 star is because the hair I purchased was extremely underwhelming for the price.
Monica checked me out, she was very nice and gave me valuable advice for the hair I bought.
The tape used on the hair is beyond low quality. The tape used on this batch at least ( I purchased 40 pieces for $710) was horrid.
Prior to me sharing my install, I’d like to add at no time did any dye, water, developer or any liquid touched the tape.
During application, the tape was not gripping any strand of hair. This frustrated me. Because, my hair was freshly bleached meaning my hair was starch. From my own research (im not a stylist), Starched hair is arguably the easiest for tape ins to stick to because the texture of each strand is kinda like velcro to the tape vs un-lifted hair which is much more slippery/smooth on the molecular level.
No joke, the tape was not at all gripping during application. Couldnt even run my hands through the mids to ends without the extensions falling.
I had to replace each tape prior to an effective install.
Aside from that inconvenience, the actual hair is quality for sure. Good volume. I did weigh 20 pieces, 57g of hair. They are advertised as 50g. So I think thats pretty cool. Hair is 100% real. I used a 20 vol for a tiny lift (processed for 10 mins only- 10 pieces per foil). I needed to color match to my own lifted level 9. The hair lifted yellow, not orange. This tells me that the hair is indeed Virgin Hair as advertised aside from the demi perm used to color the extensions. If the hair had pulled orange, that would mean the hair was processed prior. I bought a level 8 blonde, so it would have had to have been lifted from a much darker color to be that light, pulling orange indicating a prior perm dye or natural level 1-4. Each strand did lift and gave me a perfect color match after my own demi perm formula with a 10 vol. Sooo slay. I would purchase hair from here again because it’s easy and good quality hair. I just know from now own I’ll need to replace the tapes prior to my install and itll take longer 1st install.“

“Wow just wow! I am so in love with my brows by Beni. I already have ombré tattoo on my brows but find that my brows grow a lot of peach fuzz and small hairs my tweezers can’t get and decided to give this studio a try. The studio is clean and comfortable. Beni is professional and is so detailed! At the end of my brow threading she used rose water and jade rollers to calm down the redness.
