Our home had several different styles because we had made small updates over many years. Nothing looked terrible, but everything felt mismatched.
We decided that a full house remodel would make more sense than continuing to update one room at a time. Ness Construction helped us create a consistent plan.
The final result feels much more connected. The rooms still have their own purpose, but the whole house now has a clean and comfortable feel.

We wanted a Casita/ADU that could be used by guests now and possibly serve another purpose later. Flexibility was very important to us.
Ness Construction team helped us choose a simple design that could work for different situations. They also explained how they would keep the project from affecting the rest of the property too much.
The finished space is comfortable and useful. We have already had guests stay there, and they appreciated having a private place to relax.
