I've taken my husky to Well Groomed Pets twice now and after over 2 years of searching for a place that would deliver the look I want, I've finally found it! She looks amazing and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

My dog is very nervous around groomers, which makes me sad and scared to think about what has happened to her at grooming in the past. I was comforted when they asked me for vaccination records when booking her appointment, which just insinuates a place that does their due diligence. Secondly, their groomers are working with fully visible windows - this means that they're comfortable showing how they treat the dogs as they're grooming them (it makes me uneasy when they take dogs to a back room without any visibility). We took our golden doodle and mini Berne doodle here and wow they did a great job! Our pups have never looked fluffier and smelled nicer. They texted updates during the grooming and the customer service is top notch. They always answer the phone within a few rings and appointments are available in a relatively quick turn around time.
