Water Heater Installation/Repair in Las Vegas

“Our A/C system was tripping a breaker every time we tried to turn it on. I called Sierra LLC and they were great. They said that they would have someone out to check it by the end of the day. Jack and Angelo arrived within 45 minutes and got right to work. They diagnosed the issue and got it fixed, then they cycled the unit several times to make sure the issue was resolved. Jack showed me pictures that he had taken of our unit and let me know of some potential problems but there was no gloom and doom speech that if we didn’t get it fixed today we would immediately be having more problems. Jack and Angelo were both very professional and we were extremely happy with the whole service experience. I will definitely use Sierra again and recommend them to others.“

Had Best Air Conditioning and Plumbing come out and put a new air conditioner on my house. They did a great job on the install and were done in about 4 hours. I was not home during the install, my wife was. So when I got home I went and looked at the work (because I’m that home owner) and noticed some oil on my roof. When I realize it was from the old ac compressor immediately called them back and was like, “Hey, did you let the old ac unit leak all over my roof because it will damage my roof?” The field manager Julio came out and talked to me and assured me that it was like that when they got there. We spoke and I said on 7/9/2026 it was not like that, but I had no pictures to corroborate what I was saying. The installation was on 7/10/2026. We kept on speaking and I was like do you have pictures to corroborate what you are saying and he said no. So he didn’t argue with me and just said what do we need to do to make this right and followed what my roofer requested be done to remedy the problem. Mid way through the team at Best Air Conditioning cleaning my roof I was doing some investigating online and saw that it is possible for an AC compressor to explode at the terminals even it is not running but energized. We ended up looking at the terminals on the Old AC compressor and they were blown out. We concluded that sometime between when I looked at the ac unit the day before and the next morning is when the compressor exploded. So in all Best Air Conditioning went above and beyond to do right by me and I very appreciative that they handled the situation the way they did. “These guys showed up on Sunday to repair the pipes that busted outside my home. Installed shut off valves to the main house, our sprinkler system, and our water softening unit, so I didn't have to shut off the valve to the main house when the sprinklers or water softening unit needed replacing or maintenance. I am so grateful that the new pressure gauge and valves are at a height I can reach them without kneeling on the ground since I have an old knee injury. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They're quick emergency response, quality materials, and fair pricing, make them a trustworthy contractor I will use again for the maintenance of my water heater and AC unit.“
