“We had Impact Plumbing install a whole-home Clack water softener and catalytic carbon filtration system, flush our water heater, replace the anode rod, replace a guest bathroom faucet and angle stops, and install a Moen Flo shutoff system. The entire experience was outstanding.

I especially want to recognize Jaylyn. From the beginning, he was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He answered all of our questions, walked us through different system options, revised quotes as our needs changed, and helped us make informed decisions without ever pressuring us. When we needed a new faucet for the guest bathroom, he even tracked one down from their warehouse and provided it at no additional charge.

What impressed us most was the level of honesty and customer service. During the Moen Flo installation, the job turned out to be more involved than originally expected and required cutting through the garage wall to access the proper location. Despite the additional work and labor required, Impact honored the original quoted price. They also patched the drywall openings that were necessary for the installation at no additional charge, even though that work was not included in the original estimate.
The entire team was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation looks great, everything is functioning perfectly, and the work area was left clean when they were finished.

We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend both Impact Plumbing and Jaylyn to anyone looking for plumbing or water treatment services.“

“On Saturday I called 5 Star Home Services Inc for a repair to my A/C system. I was expecting a delay of several days because this was a weekend call. Not the case. Robert was at my door in less than 30 minutes. I have used 5 Star Home Services Inc before and all of their service reps are professional. My system was inoperable. I could have easily been charged for a new compressor or a new system altogether. Not the case. Robert quickly fixed the system and the charge was minimal.
