“I was in town for business. I snapped my glasses in half the first day of a trade show. They were purchased over a year ago in Illinois. My wife suggested I call the closest Walmart and see if they have my frames in stock and can transfer the lenses. So I called this location and a nice lady looked up the frames and confirmed they had them. I thanked her and said I hopped to get there today. So about an hour later I walk in a d explain why I am there. The lady, who's name I unfortunately did not get , already had them waiting for me. She flipped the lenses and I was out the door in five minutes. This was the best customer service I ever received in my entire life! She is awesome!“

“I have been coming here for years. Dr. Payne always has the newest technology available in her office. I appreciate her willingness to try new things. She recently added a Neurolens, which has greatly helped me. I spend a lot of time on a computer, and these new lenses have helped greatly with my eye/neck fatigue. I never understood how much my eyes were affected until I tried these lenses. I even got them in sunglasses! Chip is one of the best opticians i have ever met. He takes the time to understand my tastes and suggests glasses that work well with my face shape. I will always value his opinion and his suggestions. I expressed my distaste for contacts due to my dry eyes, and Daniel performed a dry eye test on me. The procedure was super simple, and they explained to me the current condition of the oil glands in my eye lids. Due to my results, Dr. Payne recommended a procedure using an intense pulsating light that will help with my dry eye. The procedure was simple and is much easier than getting your eyebrows waxed. After I felt the difference almost immediately. Before my procedure, I felt like my eyelids were like car windshield wipers that were worn down. I love this office and the way they have modernized eye care with the newest technology. I'm excited to wear contacts again!“
“I'm stunned! I had no idea what consummate professionals these people are. I did not know that it takes education and training to fit people properly with glasses.I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years, and this is the first time I've been fitted properly with progressive lenses.I mentioned to my technician that with my old glasses. I kept having to take them on and off to see. She told me that if my glasses were fitted correctly that I should not have to keep removing my glasses. And she was right.Now that I have my new glasses from Eyeglass World, properly diagnosed with a prescription, and correctly fitted, I don't have to take my glasses on and off to see, I can see clearly and properly at all distances.Thank you for your professional and courteous work to help me see the best that I can.“

They explained every process of my appointment from testings to my prescriptions. Explained my coverage for my contacts and eyeglasses so well that I felt comfortable with purchasing. “I came here due to proximity, I just wanted anted an updated prescription because I had went too long without an updated eye exam. I loved the experience. Then my daughter ended up needing an exam, so of course, I took her here as well. She is 6 and was very comfortable, had no complaints. She got reading glasses ordered, we haven't received them just yet, but she is excited and asks everyday when they'll come. They had many options for glasses in her size. She got to try them on (without being rushed) and was happy with her choice. They don't pressure you to buy unnecessary things you don't need or anything at all, when I got my exam turns out my prescription barely changed so I didn't "need" to buy anything right then and didn't, nor did they press me to. When I need new glasses, I will for sure be going to them to fulfill that need! 10/10 - knowledable, kind, efficient and quick (without a rush.)“
