I have large wolf hybrids who feels extremely stressed when taken out of their comfort zone and/or forced to be social with other dogs.Desiree is so genuine, lovable and goes above and beyond for my boys. They absolutely love her and are so excited when she visits and take them on walks, including hanging out in the backyard. It fills my cup to see them content and happy when I come home from a long day at work. I also love that she sends me pictures along with an update of her visits from the moment she walks into my home until she leaves.My boys will be in Desiree's life for as long as they are in mine. “This was the first time leaving our cats and have a sitter come over to check on them, so we were kind of nervous. After meeting Nancy we felt more at ease, she made sure every aspect was talked about, from feedings, hiding habits, and even medical history, she has great certifications . “It's hard to know if reviews are real these days, but let me tell you, this is as real as it gets. After a terrible and traumatic grooming incident at Bone Appetit that landed my 2 year old puppy in the ER, I was so nervous to take my Shih Poo baby to get groomed ever again. I tried to groom her myself but I couldn't do it. I found Hound House, and from day 1, they have been nothing short of incredible. I expressed my concerns and fears about grooming my girl and they have always been so sensitive and still are every time I take her in. They always do an incredible job and put me at ease. The staff is so friendly, detail oriented, and always make us feel so special when we walk through the door. They really make you and your babies feel so special and like they're in great hands...because they are!!! From daycare to grooming, they remember everyone's name and treat you like family, not just a client. This place has my business forever!“

We’ve been working with High 5 since we first moved to Las Vegas over 5 years ago. Through countless trips out of town, holidays, even some minor pet emergencies, and literally any and every reason you could possibly need the services High 5 offers, they have been available (EVERY SINGLE TIME) and have stepped up to provide incredible service and even give affection/love to our fur babies. They go above and beyond on every visit, take great pictures on every visit for you to see your pets while you’re gone, give them lots of love, and have nothing but respect for their clients’ homes. They have amazingly even helped bring in packages, pull up trash cans from the curb, and other totally unexpected things obviously not required from a pet sitting service, just to show the caliber of how much they value client relationships. “Incredible experience. I am always nervous about separation issues on those rare occasions I must board my dogs. Not the case here, with all of the cameras I could see my kids were having a great time. While happy to come home, I am sure they would have loved to stay. My only regret that I will probably never be in the Vegas area again because I would love to become a regular play-day customer.It was very clear that all of the staff I interacted with loved their job and were very good at it. This feeling translates to my pets. This is not dog boarding, it is a true experience for the dog. Thank you guys, you far exceeded what I thought was possible.“
