My interaction was much more than just a kind encounter.I made the appointment with Nancy for a root touch up, and walked away with something better than I thought possible.My light brown thick hair has been through so much in the past year due to a bad keratin treatment with another stylist, it was thinning, falling out, breaking off, and I had bald patches. Nancy listened to my history, examined my hair and scalp, consulted with me on the best vegan and sulfate free products to use for the treatment. Nancy strategically highlighted my hair, touched up the roots, then precisely pulled the root color through so no obviously color line, before adding the tone to the highlights. The hair washing was relaxing, the cut and style were more fitting to my face, and the service was reasonably priced! “This review is long overdue, I got my keratin over 2 weeks ago... Elba is amazing! Customer service is excellent. She's the sweetest, my only regret is not coming to her before. I'm usually very picky about who touches my hair and just from my first phone call with her I knew I could trust her. When I came in she checked the condition of my hair and made sure to keep it very real with me about what she would be doing (and the cost, which is very reasonable) and she trimmed my hair a bit since it was uneven. Elba is very careful and detailed when it comes to handling your hair and you can tell she loves what she does. The plus for me is that's she's from NYC like me and it's so hard to find people that are honest and real out here, but Elba is a gem. I love my the results of my keratin treatment and I love my haircut as well! Thank you Elba!“

“Hair/makeup studio and photo studio all in one cool spot. Came here to get bridesmaid makeup and hair down by Mengxi and Michelle respectively, and had such a positive experience. Both were supremely talented and the outcome of my final look was on point - I looked and felt fantastic (yes, I am humble). There’s a photo studio attached as well available to rent, that includes various props like chairs for use and a really pretty flower wall. Free parking available. It’s off the strip but pretty close by. Two single occupant restrooms are available. Overall, I think the services provided for both hair and makeup were great.“

“I haven’t touched my hair in almost 3 years. My hair has grown very long and while recovering from surgery, I needed to cut it to get it out of my face and from sitting on it. I decided to test my ability to sit for a few hours during my recovery, as I was scheduled to return to work in a couple days.I came across a Facebook post and saw Kylea offering her services as a hair stylist. It made me interested because the salon is right down the road from me, and I saw her specialty in balayage. She was flexible enough to do a consultation via text, and was able to fit me in the next day. We decided to do a cut and a balayage.I had given her a heads up that I am recovering from knee surgery and was in crutches. Kylea and the stylist next to her was more than attentive to me and making sure I was comfortable. They even offered a stool to help me prop my leg up on while I’m in the chair (honestly, it was a huge relief for my knee). Both Kylea and her colleague was very caring about my comfort and offered me snacks and water during my service, and checked on me periodically. Kylea was very sweet, easy going, and she took her time on me, which I was so grateful for.The end result came out beautifully. Kylea was able to trim all the dead ends and excess hair I had, and the balayage came out better than I anticipated.The workers at this salon are friendly and they help each other out. You feel nothing but good vibes. It’s nice to see a salon that has camaraderie.I am very appreciative of Kylea and the salon for the Aloha they shared while I was being serviced.
