My first time in Vegas and looking for a pedicure or full set/manicure. I recommend Top Nails LLC. Lucille did my toes and was very nurturing and loving and patient with me. She has such a loving spirit. Mecca was wonderful and attentive with my nails. She understands the assignment and also has her own unique touch to her creativity. The hospitality was wonderful. I felt very accepted and cared for.
