My son passed away in the hospital; I delivered him at 21 weeks and 3 days of gestation. I felt as though my world and my life were dying along with him. Christian made me feel his love and care for both me and my husband from the moment he greeted us. I could see the same pain I was feeling reflected in his face and eyes, and that brought me comfort. He wasn't just there to do a job; he truly cared about our pain and even checked to see if we had eaten. This place was the best choice and provided the best possible experience. “My wife passed away recently and despite a long battle with cancer, we had not made specific plans. She had only expressed her desire to be cremated and have her ashes buried in a cemetery in another state. I did not select a Mortuary until after she was gone. I chose Palm Eastern Mortuary because her father was buried there and it was, frankly, the first place that came to mind. I am glad that I did. I received a call from Tom Cropp, a Funeral Director at Palm Eastern the day after my wife's passing and he set up a meeting for a few days later. Tom seemed to sense what I needed. He was sensitive and respectful but not dour. He listened to my desires and allowed me to ramble on about my wife and our time together. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need or try to talk me out of following my wife's wishes. I believe that he genuinely cared about helping me in my time of grief. He helped me to prepare a memorial video and other tributes. In short, his service was excellent. Other Palm staff were also helpful and respectful.“
