“My wife passed away recently and despite a long battle with cancer, we had not made specific plans. I received a call from Tom Cropp, a Funeral Director at Palm Eastern the day after my wife's passing and he set up a meeting for a few days later. Tom seemed to sense what I needed. He was sensitive and respectful but not dour. He listened to my desires and allowed me to ramble on about my wife and our time together. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need or try to talk me out of following my wife's wishes. I believe that he genuinely cared about helping me in my time of grief. He helped me to prepare a memorial video and other tributes. In short, his service was excellent. Other Palm staff were also helpful and respectful.“
