I had about 7-10 quotes and sit downs appointment from other companies and the pricing as well as financing with Salal Credit Union pushed me to finalizing. His knowledge, experience and expertise made me say yes. Quality products and services. They couldn't install an EV charger but I found an Electrician to help me with that. They weren't able to place bird/critter guard but also found someone to install. The only big issue was someone didn't schedule the city inspection when they had to cut the power. So our family didn't have power for the day but Brandon and Star Tootoo as well as their team helped accommodate our family! Awesome that it was taken care of promptly. “A neighbor sent me a picture of my roof showing what appeared to be missing tiles. I contacted PRS Roofing and they came out to check it out the very next morning. They confirmed the appt. by text and a phone call that morning. Their rep arrived on time and immediately went to work checking it out. I heard footsteps and hammering for a few minutes and then the rep was back with me reporting what he found. Seems the solar people used two tiles to hold a panel in place temporarily but never put the tiles back in place. He secured everything for me, free of charge. I can't remember the last time something like that ever happened! I would highly recommend you contact them for any roofing issues“

“They provided excellent service to replace 20 damaged / cracked Spanish roof tiles that were originally cracked and first repaired during a solar install. After the solar install a couple years ago, the solar team fixed cracked tiles using an epoxy glue material and replaced some broken tiles with non-matching color tiles. Desert Valley was contacted to take a look at a maybe unrelated mangled roof pipe used for sewage. They did not charge for that initial inspection but noticed some cracked/damaged tiles and noted the coloration difference used to replace some of them with an epoxy like glue material. They provided a fair quote to replace the tiles with same matching color as original tiles. They promptly showed up on time as scheduled and completed the effort in about 3 hours. They showed lots of photos of the work done. The new replacement tiles match the color of the original tiles and there are no more cracked tiles and none with that epoxy glue like material. Now, all the tiles are matching again. They also cleaned up roof debris“

“I have used the services of The Roof Doctor twice. The first time, the Hawaiian fixed a portion of my roof that rain had leaked from into my house. He took before and after pics to give me an idea on what the damage was and how he solved the problem. Great job done! “I recommend without reservation Roof It Right for your roofing needs. My roof suffered shingle damage during the Feb 2024 high winds event in Las Vegas. I checked Better Business Bureau website for recommendations. I chose Roof It Right due the its BBB star rating. The owner, James *******, responded personally to my request for a cost quote for a new roof. He gave me a written quote, explained the work to be done plus a repair, presented a product brochure of options to be used (Owens-Corning Oakridge shingles). Accompanied by his roofing mascot work-buddy Beetle (husky whose ancestors climbed ladders to help him), he again personally arrived on site to check progress of material delivery, on-time arrival of his roofing crew, and surveyed work progress throughout the project. Both he and his crew were always courteous, very professional, cleaned up each day, respectful of my property, and the landscape. Mr. ******* made good on everything he said would be done and assured me if something needed correction he would take care of it. An entirely satisfactory experience for me. The roof never looked this good.“
