We had gone to two different animal hospitals prior to our arrival at Sunset Eastern - the moment we stepped in Cameron made us at ease - absolute professionalism with our little dog ! Great work

Staff made time for emergency visit, even though their schedule was already full. The time they took for this unscheduled visit, the thorough and professional procedures were impressive and very much appreciated. Even better was the communication with us through each step of the procedures. Frequent updates seemed motivated by a genuine awareness of our concern. Staff and especially Dr. Kronbetter could not have been better!

After a very bad experience at another animal hospital—where I waited nearly three hours and my cat received very poor care—I started calling around and found this animal hospital, which was able to give me a same-day appointment.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. The staff was professional, caring, and efficient. They took excellent care of my sick cat, and because of how good the service was, I later brought my other two cats as well.
I was seen by two different doctors, and both were outstanding. Honestly, I received what I would call six-star service on a five-star scale.
