“This review is long overdue, I got my keratin over 2 weeks ago... Elba is amazing! Customer service is excellent. She's the sweetest, my only regret is not coming to her before. I'm usually very picky about who touches my hair and just from my first phone call with her I knew I could trust her. When I came in she checked the condition of my hair and made sure to keep it very real with me about what she would be doing (and the cost, which is very reasonable) and she trimmed my hair a bit since it was uneven. Elba is very careful and detailed when it comes to handling your hair and you can tell she loves what she does. The plus for me is that's she's from NYC like me and it's so hard to find people that are honest and real out here, but Elba is a gem. I love my the results of my keratin treatment and I love my haircut as well! Thank you Elba!“

“Fedra was my daughters hair dresser and she did a fantastic job! She had the ugliest, hardest color to get out of her hair from some cheap box dye and Fedra got it out. She gave her a cute little cut after and my daughter looks like a brand new kid. She’s very informative and so sweet. I would highly recommend her to everyone! The salon is very nice as well. Reasonably price, for a cut, great location, you can stop at g&p after, Crystal listened to my horror stories of past hair stylist and trimmed my hair how I wanted and she even had a great hydrating product for my hair that was reasonably priced. After the first visit, it was the first time in a long time I had had a truly neutral blond tone (not gold or ash.) You have a lot of options for types of extensions/weaves, and her color matching skills are fantastic. She's also great about confirming what you want so that she knows, going forward.But she does a lot more, including haircuts, silk press, and she specializes in multicultural hair.
