“Don't YouTube it, get A-1 instead! David did a great job at repairing my carpet that my dog dug up. I am living in a new home build. The carpet is brand new and my dog decided to dig up the carpet at the corner of the door frame. I tired to patch it up myself watching a YouTube video as reference but it was an epic fail. David answered my call right away and addressed my carpet issue over the phone and reassured that he could repair it and it would blend with the rest of the carpet. He did just that! I had recently spilled tea on a cream wool rug and things worsened as I tried to clean it up myself through hacks I found on the internet. This made the stain grow even bigger than its original size due to the excessive chemicals mixed.Vegas Carpet Care came in and washed my entire area rug including the stained area for an affordable price. After the carpet dried the following day we treated the carpet once more to lighten the stain that had reappeared and now I am pleased to say when it finally dried I barely even see a stain !!
