I can’t say enough great things about Megan at I Love Bodywork. I’ve been dealing with severe lower back damage from decades in heavy highway construction, along with chronic neck issues from a car accident years ago. Surgery has been on the table for a long time, but thanks to Megan, I’ve managed to delay that and find some relief through other means.

What sets her apart is how much she listens. Every session starts with a conversation—she wants to know what’s bothering me that day and customizes her approach based on that. No cookie-cutter routines here. And beyond the massage work, she goes out of her way to show me stretch routines and things I can do between visits to help myself stay mobile and manage pain.

Yoga is very helpful when you have a desk job while you're getting older but I'd recommend it to literally everyone. The monthly unlimited price is great and most of the classes have been more on the smaller intimate size and that's ideal for me. I also tried a facial a few weeks ago and it almost put me to sleep with how relaxing it was.“
