We took our cat in for ear mites. The staff was friendly and the vet very knowledgeable (which I would expect of any doctor) and explained everything we needed to know about ear mites and the follow up care and meds we needed to give our cat.They were efficient and on time which I appreciate as we have been to others that kept us waiting more than an hour after our appointment. And their rates are pretty reasonable.Will be definitely returning.

Dr. Philip and his stuff are truly professionals. Thank you for the last care you gave my love one Shiva!! It wasn't easy for me to say last buy but you made it very hospitable. Keep the level of professionalism and good luck to you all!

We went for our first visit today with my cat. We loved the vet and staff; everyone was friendly, caring, and polite. We were in and out in an hour from appt time, and most of that was working on a cat blood draw, which I imagine is hard to do. At my last vet we had to count on being there at least two hours, and a couple times they told me to come back again later to pick up my cat if they thought it would take a while, which wasn't always very helpful as I lived a good 35 minute drive from them depending on traffic. So we really like Mauer! I felt heard, all our issues were addressed, and the vet was very thorough with gathering history and asking questions.
