They were wonderful. He got back to me right away and came as soon as he could. Handled the problem quickly with no fuss. He explained what he did and got my lock in order. He’s pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for any of your lock smith needs. They make keys as well.
Or is beyond reliable and friendly. I've been in talks with him for over 3-4 months about me getting a smart lock, keypad deadbolt put on and I've called him over a dozen times with questions each time and each time he spent the time on the phone with me and was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this company and definitely recommend Or. I would give ten stars if could. He even worked with my lower budget then what the job should've been. Thanks to Or i know feel safe and secure to leave my home and know i will come back to my valuables all in place.
Very quick, very prompt, right away, Or is very patient and a gentleman. I've waited for pop a lock for several hours with my car on but Or said 20 minutes at 11 pm and he showed up.
