Levy has a quick turn around giving me exactly what my requests were.Honestly, this company makes my day so much easier!I have facepalmed myself SO many times when working with other people/companies.I have often asked myself if I need to supply a pop-up coloring book in order for them (other companies) to understand the well laid out instructions I offer.Numbered bullet points on a word doc to match red circles on your creative with numbers text next to it isn't easy enough? Hello, match the numbers!Sometimes I'll put the text on the creative if there isn't too much to correct, other companies STILL get it wrong. THEN I'm charged for multiple corrections - when, honestly, I could do it myself. It takes me more time to get the correction done, than if I had made the creative myself - with other companies/people.This is why I'm thankful Levy is easy to work and communicate with. The "follows direction well" is a BIG plus for me.In business, I absolutely loath repeating myself and finding new ways to communicate something basic / simple so the person on the other end can understand my requests.I do not have this issue at all with Levy.They've been working with the company I represent for years and has been dedicated to their campaigns. When I came on board, I brought a long history of design, web, marketing, and S.E.O. experience with me.The team at Levy understands the direction we want to go.This is ALSO highly valued.We are launching a new campaign for a new venue.
