Honestly, mad I haven’t come here sooner. I’m a sports physical therapist assistant and focusing on my health and performance is a must. I’ve been doing whole body cryotherapy and red light therapy for the past few weeks and I feel incredible! I’m not one for the cold by after cryotherapy, I feel focused and invigorated. Yes, it does get easier. Red light has helped decrease some aches and pains and most importantly, regulate my anxiety levels that are a lot more manageable. I’m able to enjoy life that much more.
