I saw Dr Eric over 2 weeks and he really helped address some ongoing issues, including hips, shoulders, back & neck. My overall mobility has improved and I’m in less pain. “TMI story-Long story short I got “scorpion’d” in contact sport. Went in after I couldn’t even sleep at night because my back bothered me. Had never been to a chiro before. He does X-rays amongst other test to really get a full grasp with bones and nervous system.
He asks me what happened in prepubescent years. Turns out a car accident from when I was a toddler caused my hips to rotate and one side to under develop. My spine then stacked up incorrectly.
I wish I would’ve come in sooner. After first adjustment I *tmi* now have regular bowels . All doctors had always told me it was normal to not poop everyday because it’s been like that my whole life. Turns out they were wrong.
Something else that dramatically changed for me was my menstrual cycle. Over years it had turned to a week long ordeal with some really heavy days. It went to a 3 day cycle, regular to light flow. 🤯. Menstrual cramps minimal now . No longer feels like my uterus is getting ready to be birthed. The migraines that I used have to hide in a dark room with minimal noise haven’t happened since I started getting adjusted. I used to have to take migraine medicine on the worst days and now it’s just gone.The sciatic pain has also been gone. I can lie down on my back with no lower back pain.
The quality of my sleep has improved so much because the lower back pain that would wake me up for years prior is gone.
If you’re iffy just do it. Your body will thank you. Side note Dr. Grimes is who others chirps get adjusted by. He is him- Himothy Grimes.“

“I found this gym looking for group training to heal my core after a c section. I love that they have super early classes and they actually have strength classes. They train their staff so well and I love that the coaches really focus on form and no one gets hurt. Other gyms don’t take the approach that the team at Elevate does. Every workout is full body and has a core focus and it doesn’t get boring because they change it up all the time. They do offer personal training but I’ve only done their group training.“
