First, they showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. They were incredibly professional, but also SO sweet, kind, bubbly, and personable. You can immediately tell that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. I also absolutely love supporting a female-owned business, and these ladies made the entire experience such a pleasure.
What impressed me the most was how much time and attention they put into the car. Nothing felt rushed at all. They really took their time and paid attention to the little details, and the difference when they were finished was incredible. The car looked GORGEOUS! Everything was so clean, fresh, polished, and smelled amazing . The car looked like the day we bought it off the lot !
