Not only did they do a great job, but ease of scheduling and no hassle approach to the homeowners made this installation a very pleasant experience for me.Our technician was Scott and he did an excellent job. He was very professional making it easy for us to continue going about our day inside the house while he worked.Job description: Over-the-range microwave stopped working and model was discontinued by GE. Scott installed a different model I purchased with slightly different dimensions and did a great job making it work with little notice to the difference in dimensions. He even pointed out how the previous model was installed incorrectly with the blower motor facing the wrong direction. He insured ours was facing the correct way.Thank you Rock Solid!“
