As she took her out the door lots of patience
Dr. Carolina provided the most compassionate and peaceful in-home euthanasia experience for our beloved dog, Hiro. While saying goodbye was one of the hardest things our family has ever done, her kindness, professionalism, and genuine empathy made an incredibly painful day a little easier to bear.
Dr. Carolina treated Hiro with such tenderness and respect, ensuring he was comfortable and surrounded by love in the place he felt safest—our home. She patiently explained the process, answered our questions, and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. We never felt rushed, and her calm presence brought so much comfort during an emotional moment.
