“It's hard to know if reviews are real these days, but let me tell you, this is as real as it gets. After a terrible and traumatic grooming incident at Bone Appetit that landed my 2 year old puppy in the ER, I was so nervous to take my Shih Poo baby to get groomed ever again. I tried to groom her myself but I couldn't do it. I found Hound House, and from day 1, they have been nothing short of incredible. I expressed my concerns and fears about grooming my girl and they have always been so sensitive and still are every time I take her in. They always do an incredible job and put me at ease. The staff is so friendly, detail oriented, and always make us feel so special when we walk through the door. They really make you and your babies feel so special and like they're in great hands...because they are!!! From daycare to grooming, they remember everyone's name and treat you like family, not just a client. This place has my business forever!“

“It feels like Dogtopia has put a lot into researching the best delivery for their customer's service. It seems like they address everything that a pet parent is concerned about. I love the cameras! I even love the FAQ that popped up when the cameras turned off during nap time which answered the exact questions I had like "Will daycare impact potty training?" "Why don't they pick the dogs up?" "Why are some dogs placed in a kennel temporarily?" . I can tell that whatever the coaches do or don't do has a reason. They know what they are doing and you can just relax knowing they've got your pupper's best interest in mind. I love that the coaches wiped down my dog when I came to pick him up. I was thinking about grabbing some doggie wipes before picking him up but Dogtopia already thought of that too! It always smells great inside. I see the coaches cleaning all day and interacting with the dogs. I see them making sure that my puppy is socializing correctly. I like that they do a meet and greet to know that each dog is well mannered enough to be around other dogs. I don't feel worried about my puppy getting attacked or seriously bitten because the coaches don't let dogs in who are too aggressive toward other dogs. I like that they require the core vaccinations for the health of all the dogs but don't go overboard requiring novel vaccines. Honestly, it feels like a human child daycare. That's how much care they put into their business and it really seems like every employee enjoys their job. I feel good knowing that my puppy is being well cared for by happy people, having fun and socializing. I just want to give him the happiest life and I think Dogtopia is part of that.“

“Incredible experience. I am always nervous about separation issues on those rare occasions I must board my dogs. Not the case here, with all of the cameras I could see my kids were having a great time. While happy to come home, I am sure they would have loved to stay. My only regret that I will probably never be in the Vegas area again because I would love to become a regular play-day customer.It was very clear that all of the staff I interacted with loved their job and were very good at it. This feeling translates to my pets. This is not dog boarding, it is a true experience for the dog. Thank you guys, you far exceeded what I thought was possible.“

“WOW! I cannot say enough about how amazing the entire team at Magnolia Pet Wellness is. I previously took my German Shepard to another Vet in the area that I won't name and did not have a great experience at all. After reading the incredible reviews about Dr. B and her team we brought our 1 year old GSD to see her and I have never been happier. 1st the entire office is so welcoming, the rooms are perfect for animals, making it feel like a home with the most adorable futon/couches in the rooms. Then the team comes in the room and they could not be nicer. They make the owners feel at ease and truly lead with love in their care. Dr. B came in to meet with us and I fell in love with not only her amazing personality but she is the best of the best in animal care. You will not regret the decision to bring your animal to this amazing team. I have never felt more at ease, and neither has my dog. I swear he loves being there because of how welcoming it is. Anytime I call and just want to ask questions they are so accommodating and never try and "sell" you on things for your furbaby, they give you options for any care needed and treat your babies like their own. I wish every place was like Magnolia and am so lucky and fortunate to have found this time. Run don't walk and bring your pet here for any care needed.“
